I believe that a hamster's diet should have a nice variety in the bag and from treats. I would not recommend the
Kaytee brand for it is loaded with sugar. A bag with a bit of variety would be great, unless your hamster
is really picky and only likes certain pieces. Hamster love vegetables and they are good for them also. You
can give them small amounts of washed grass, clover, and carrots, though too much lettuce and leafy greens can
cause diarrhea. Giving your hamster dry cat food or dog biscuits is a good treat for them and will add more protein to
their diet.
If for some reason you have to switch hamster mixes, do it gradually as any sudden changes in their diet can upset them.

1) Crushed oats
2) Dog biscuits
3) Rodent pellets

Though most hamster food comes with all that stuff. You can also feed them dried vegetables or fruit. Avoid citrus fruits
