Man, do they grow fast! Why, it seems like they were just born yesterday!

Day 1- They will be born hairless, blind, and deaf.

Day 3- They should have little whiskers.

Day 6- They should grow little body fuzz, or fur.

Day 10- Their eyes will open, but you can't hold them yet. You can try to give them little pieces of apple though.

Day 14- You can clean out their cage again, and hold the babies. Mom might worry, but she should calm down in a bit.

Day 18- The babies are now weaned. You should probably separate the males and females on this day, or very soon. You can put males with the father and keep the females with the mother, IF the cage is big enough.
You can give away your baby hamsters when they're about 4-5 weeks. Or, if you can provide them with enough homes, food, water, and all those other important ham things, then you can keep those adorable babies. You can't breed the babies with each other or their mother and father. You can only breed the mother and father together. But make sure you give your mother a long rest.

A more detailed day-by-day list.
The info on this list is provided by All About Dwarf Hamsters, by Mary. I've tried to reword it in my own words, but sometimes you can't find another way to say things.

Days 1-7: Don't bother the cage, babies or mother, only get in to change the water and food.

Day 8- Chop up little pieces of apple. Put them in the nest with the babies. The babies will most likely find them and nibble on them. This is a important thing to do, so don't forget.

Day 9- Give mother snacks, and take her out and put her in her ball or hold her for awhile.

Day 10- Chop up little pieces of apple for the babies again and try giving it to them.

Day 11- Lower the water about 1/2"-3/4" from the bedding so the babies can reach it.

Days 12-14: Feed the babies little pieces of apple once. Make sure you have plenty of normal hamster food in the food dish, the babies will start to eat this around now. Give the mom another break by putting her in her ball again or just playing with her for awhile.

Days 15-18: Watch to make sure that babies are eating the regular food (seeds, pellets, whatever is in your hamster food). Also make sure they've found the water bottle.

Day 19- You can now separate the babies from the mom.
